Allan Boomer has been in the financial industry for over 20 years, and has spent the bulk of his career advising institutional clients, and wealthy families.  Prior to founding Momentum, Allan spent 7 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President in the firm's Private Wealth Management group.  While at Goldman, he managed a $450 million investment portfolio on a team that oversaw $7 billion in client assets.  Allan began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1995.

Allan is the Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee of Raritan Valley Community College Foundation, Past Chairman of the NYU Stern Alumni Council, and Chairman of the Good Shepherd Real Estate Corporation, a faith-based non-profit community development organization.  He previously served on the Board of Overseers at NYU Stern.

Allan holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow, and a BS from Morgan State University.


Will is the head of wealth management and planning for firm clients, is a member of the firm’s investment committee, and helps oversee Momentum Risk Management, MA’s insurance business. He joined as a partner at Momentum Advisors in 2014 from PT Wealth Management, an independent wealth management firm he founded in 2010. Prior to starting his firm, he spent 8 years at Mass Mutual, where he focused on financial planning, insurance and investments. He is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Fund Specialist.

An active member in his community, Will serves on the board of the Open Door, an organization that helps assimilate immigrants by teaching English, job skills and assisting with housing. Additionally, he is an assistant coach for the St. Anthony’s High School varsity football team and has a passion for mentoring and giving back to organizations that provide opportunities for the disadvantaged and disenfranchised.

Will holds a sociology degree from the college of William and Mary, where he played cornerback for the football team.

Head of Institutional Client Services

Tiffany is the head of the firm's Institutional Client Services practice, where she oversees fiduciary and investment advisory services for Momentum's corporate, retirement, and non-profit clients.

Prior to joining Momentum, Tiffany managed a portfolio of non-profit institutional clients in the Mid-Atlantic region for TIAA-CREF, the number one provider of retirement plans and institutional investments services among non-profit institutions in the United States. Prior to TIAA-CREF, she managed relationships in the wealth management and broker-dealer business channels for T. Rowe Price. Tiffany's financial services career spans more than 16 years and she has managed over $6 billion dollars in assets since beginning her career as a Wealth Manager in the Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch.

Tiffany holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and International Relations from Morgan State University. She sits on the board of the Maryland Humanities Council and where she serves on the finance and audit committees.

Named a “Rising Star” in the institutional investment industry by the Ann Schleck organization, and Fi360 Fiduciary Center, Tiffany is frequently invited to speak at national conferences such as the National Women’s Studies Association and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

Tiffany Hawkins is the Head of Business Development for Momentum Advisors. She has over 12 years of expertise in market research, client engagement and corporate investment strategy working alongside several Fortune 100 companies on identifying financial growth opportunities in the market. 

Prior to joining Momentum, Tiffany spent 8 years managing the consumer-facing investments of high-profile public personas, their nonprofit interests and their notable for-profit business enterprises.

Tiffany currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of African-American Advisors (Quad-A) and the National Franchise Advisory Council for ZIPS Dry Cleaners. She has previously served on several boards driving awareness of the lack of diversity and inclusion in high-profile strategic positions throughout various industries. Tiffany hosts a weekly radio show on finance and investments on SiriusXM, called The Momentum Advisors.

Tiffany holds two Bachelors’ degree from Morgan State University specializing in Communication Studies and Statistical Research.

Wealth Management, International Client Services

Earl Carr’s mandate is to develop the firm’s cross-border wealth management practice, and to build the firm’s international brand. Earl joined Momentum in 2014 from Morgan Stanley, where he was a Vice President in the Institute for Sustainable Investing.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Earl was a Vice President of commercial banking at HSBC. He has also worked for McKinsey & Company and the Council on Foreign Relations. Earl has spent 8 years studying, living, and working in Asia, primarily: Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, and Taiwan. Earl has been quoted in The McKinsey Quarterly, Financial Planning Magazine, The South China Morning Post, and numerous other publications. 

Earl is actively involved at The Council on Foreign Relations and is a member of The National Committee on United States-China Relations (NCUSCR). He is a Trustee at Trinity Baptist Church, a Fellow at The International Career Advancement Program (ICAP), and a member of The New Canaan Society (NCS). Carr is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University.

Earl received his Bachelor's degree in International Relations from The College of William & Mary and holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University. He has also studied at Beijing Normal University in China, and International Christian University in Tokyo. He is fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), and also conversant in Japanese, Cantonese (Chinese), Spanish, and Arabic.

KYLE PITTS | Managing Director


Kyle joined Momentum in 2014, from PNC Investments.  Kyle’s financial services experience began in 2005, when he received a fellowship to study Investment Banking in Verbier Switzerland as a college student. After graduating in 2006, Kyle spent several years at UBS, where he worked in wealth management supporting a team of financial advisors.  He then entered the financial advisor training program at Merrill Lynch before landing at PNC. 

Kyle has a strong passion for financially literacy.  In 2010, he founded a non-profit called Corporation Me. The organization teaches financial literacy to children by showing them how to operate and view themselves as a business.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University.



With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Chadwick is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, and successful individuals address their financial needs by developing a holistic plan focused around their long term goals. His extensive experience enables him to help his clients structure their financial capital to address their specific goals.

Prior to joining Momentum Advisors, Chadwick began his career at J.P. Morgan in their Private Bank division, helping to create customized financial solutions for high net-worth clients around investments, banking and estate planning. He later moved to FX sales & trading desk before leaving to join The New York Life Insurance Company to focus on financial planning, insurance and investments.

Committed to helping serve his community Chadwick serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the National Urban League Young Professionals as Treasurer.  In addition to his national position, he also serves on the board for the New York Urban League. Chadwick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
