Tiffany Hawkins is a transformational entrepreneur with a career record of notable results leading wide-scale operational, business development, and strategic initiatives. As a Partner of a minority-owned wealth management firm, Momentum Advisors, and a multi-unit franchisee, Tiffany has leveraged her experience to increase the firm’s growth efforts, improve the firm’s brand presence, and attract key clients.

A socially conscious champion of diversity/inclusion and women/minority leadership, over the past six years in the wealth management sector Tiffany has maintained a strong focus on ESG, socially responsible investing that considers environmental, social, and governance factors. An engaging public speaker, she is a frequent presenter on topics that include innovative ESG strategy and implementation, entrepreneurship, and the equity of wealth across diverse factions, domestic and international.

In 2014, Tiffany was recruited to the role of Managing Director of Momentum Advisors, a NYC-based minority-owned wealth management firm with over $300M in assets, where she advanced to her current role as a Partner. During her tenure, she has led innovative strategic and cultural changes that have broken the mold of the traditional investment industry to gain national visibility, capture key clients, and grow assets under management.

Tiffany directed the launch of a sister organization, a full-service, minority/women-owned insurance brokerage firm, in 2019, serving as COO. For the past seven years, she has also served as Co-Host of Momentum Advisors, a popular SiriusXM radio show that is now a Podcast, covering wealth building, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

At the core of Tiffany’s success is a talent for identifying/creating new business opportunities combined with a keen ability to assess shifting market/client needs and break from the pack to change course. A prime example of this rare ability is Tiffany’s influence in Momentum Advisors achieving status as Covid-19 investment thought leaders by putting in place strategic/marketing plans, gaining expertise in key federal programs, and reaching out to clients when the prevailing response was client avoidance.

A multi-unit franchisee, Tiffany has led the launch and turnaround of franchise locations in diverse business sectors, including dry cleaning, fitness, and health. She has independently directed all facets of ground-level startup operations, from construction and team selection to marketing and growth.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany served in strategy, marketing, PR, and business development roles in a range of industries. As PR Director with Footsteps Agency, an Omnicom company, she built a network of clients in the pro sports sector and as Executive of National and International Development for WCI, a private non-profit, she led global events raising $12M+. As Global Account Planner and Director of Blue Flame Agency (a Sean Combs Company), she launched multiple award-winning products across diverse sectors.

Tiffany holds dual undergraduate degrees in Communication Studies and Biological Research and Statistics from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD, and she is a sports and cycling enthusiast.
